We ship via EMS service. The payment including shipping fee
depending on the countries and weight can be paid via PAYPAL.
Once orders completed, it will be notified by the email.
The tracking information will be sent to your email
once products are dispatched.
Step 1. Please leave product name, recipient,address(ZIP CODE),
phone number, email address on Q&A board or contact@woozoo.in. After confirmation, we will send a PAYPAL link to your email.
Step 2. Please confirm your ordered items and total amount.
Once the payment is processed, your orders will be ready in 2~4 days, and customized items in 10~14 days.
Step 3. The tracking information will be sent to your email.
Shipping time varies by countries, and it will take about 7~10 business days.
Step 4. Orders can be tracked by EMS system.

International Shipping Policy
- Orders will be shipped in 2~4 days after
the payment is completed.
- Customized items will take about 10~14 days, and it will be shipped in 2~3 days after the completion.
- We will notify you by email with any delay on products.
- Custom policies vary for every country so please check with your local customs office for taxes.
- Any customs clearance related charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the customers.
- Veronica for London is not responsible for a handling fee for the shipment. If you have any concerns regarding the handling fee, please contact your local EMS center.
- We are not responsible for items that are seized or delayed by customs. However, we will do our best to make the process faster.
- Any exchange or refund due to change of mind, shipping fee and customs taxes are charged to a customer.
Exchange & Return/Refund
Exchange and return/refund on items are eligible within 14 days of receipt. If you have trouble for exchange or refund,
please contact our customer center or Kakao plus.
Exchange & Return/Refund Guide
Step 1. Please write the reason for exchange, return/refund
on board or by the email(contact@woozoo.in).
Step 2. Fill out exchange/return application
form and enclose with products.
Step 3. Send products to Veronica for London
using local delivery service.
Step 4. Products will be examined once they reach us and we will notify you by the email. (takes about 2~3 days)
Step 5. Once return is approved, it will be refunded to your original form of payment, and exchange will be notified by your email.

Refund Policy
- Customized products are not eligible for refund.
- Fill out return application enclosed with products. Returned product without the application may delay the process.
- Products are eligible for return if products are not used, damaged, altered, washed, and original tags have not been removed.
- Shoes or accessory items must be returned with the box or dust bags. Return will not be accepted if damaged or lost.
- For the footwear, if the soles are stained, severe wrinkles on leather, or shoe box is damaged are refused for refund.
- Any product which does not comply with Veronica for London’s return policy is not eligible for refund. Please take extra care to keep the original condition of a product for possibility of return.
- The return shipping fee and the customs fee will be deducted from the payment.
Exchange Policy
- Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange is eligible with the same item in a different size for one time.
- In case of any exchanges due to change of mind, round-trip shipping cost, and customs fee will be borne by a customer.
- For any exchanges of defective or wrongly shipped products, the shipping fees and customs fee will be borne by Veronica for London.
- Additional amount incurred by exchange may be paid via Paypal.
